I put a claim in with AHS at around 10pm because my AC went out on one of the hottest days/nights of the year so far, and they were out to my house by 2pm the next day. I called them the morning to coordinate my appointment time and Make It Right worked with me to ensure they could get me in the same day. AHS assigned this company over a weekend to fix my furnace (twice). Sergio was at my home first thing on Monday morning and of course a part had to be ordered. I figure it would be a few days, but it was fixed the next day!!! About a week later had issues again and my furnace was over heating, but Sergio was back out within a couple hours and fixed it again!
Very prompt and very professional!!! Highly recommend!!!

Polite and very courteous of my space and time. He provided lots of updates and responded quickly to texts. It's been several weeks now and my new furnace is working great.
